Shipping Policy

We ship via:

• United States Parcel Service
• UPS
• FedEx

While we can ship internationally please note that some products may have shipping restrictions and cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Contact Hidden Treasures within 14 days of receipt of the item(s)

Easy no-hassle Refunds and Exchanges:

• All returns have a 10% restocking fee
• All books must be returned in their original condition
• All shrink-wrapped items must be unopened and in their original packaging
• If you need to return a "Cut to Order" fabric you will receive a partial refund in the amount of 50% of the purchase price

Once your returned item has been received and refunded we will send you a conformation email. We will refund your order to using the same method of payment the original order was placed with and it typically takes 7-14 days to process after receipt of your item.

Customer is responsible for repackaging the items securely to avoid any damages during return shipping. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. WelcometoHarlem.com requires all returns to be insured therefore WelcometoHarlem.com is not obligated to issue a refund for return shipments that do not arrive at our facility.
