§ The wrong items were shipped or the merchandise was received damaged. These items must be declared to our customer service department within 48 hours of delivery.
§ All returns have a 10% restocking fee.
§ All books must be returned in their original condition.
§ All shrink-wrapped item must be unopened
§ In addition, we will only issue partial refunds for any fabrics that are cut to order: 50% of the item’s price.
§ We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the return item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return.
§ The customer is responsible for carefully repackaging the items securely to avoid any damages during shipping. The customer pays for the return shipping and must insure the package. WelcometoHarlem.com is not obligated to issue a refund for return shipments that do not arrive at our facility.
